As a result of our due diligence, we have NO reason to believe that errors exist in either the data provided or in the services furnished by J.R.P. Background Check, Inc. If such errors occur, J.R.P. Background Check, Inc. has no liability for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages which may result. No warranty as to fitness for a particular purpose ismade or implied. Any liability is limited ONLY to charges for services for a period not to exceed ten (10) days.

All credit and/or Social Security Inquires must be submitted accompanied by a signed release form from the individual who's credit and/or social security history are being investigated.

All invoices sent to clients are payable within 15 days. Billing at J.R.P. Background Check is done on a weekly basis and mailed to the client contact.
